Capture
One tap books the step.
Every order travels on a digital clipboard. Hold it to the scanner at the station, and the step is booked. That is all the capture there is.
Scanners, RFID and sensors capture every step on your shopfloor as it happens. Flow OS turns it into a live picture of your production flow, and Nori tells your team where to act next.Installed in one week. Effective the Monday after.
A digital clipboard, a scanner on the wall and a live board. That is all a step needs to be booked, seen and acted on.
One tap books the step.
Every order travels on a digital clipboard. Hold it to the scanner at the station, and the step is booked. That is all the capture there is.
Every scan moves a card.
Each scan moves the order into its next column, live. Open any card for the full story: product, quantity, colour, material and every step it went through.
Nori builds the rule.
Tell Nori what to watch, in plain words. Nori turns the sentence into a rule, and from then on the board raises the alarm on its own.
Ask how to get better.
Ask Nori what to change. It answers from the history of every order on the board, not from a template.
Scan an order, or open a card. I am watching the board with you.
Demo hall with constructed data. Your numbers come from your own production.
Best results from our rollouts in manual and hybrid manufacturing. Every number starts from a baseline measured before go-live.
Most lead time is waiting between steps. Once you can see it, you can shorten it.
More output from the same people and the same machines.
Done on Friday, effective on Monday. No rollout that runs for quarters.
It explains itself. Operators book with the hand movement they already make, from the first shift.
We’ll tell you what’s possible in your hall after a first look at one line, even when the answer is “not much.”
The question every owner asks
“Why are we only at 80 pieces today?”
Answering it takes data from the shopfloor. Most floors don’t produce any, so we bring the hardware that does.
Three devices catch what happens on the floor, one shows it above the line. Every tap, every button and every reading becomes data, live. Try them.
Flow OSEvery scan, tap and reading lands here, live.
Two sources feed Flow OS, live. People and orders are captured with one tap where the work happens. Every machine, old or new, of any make, gets a sensor that reads how it is running.
Scanners, RFID clipboards and terminals at every station. One tap books a step, so each order shows where it is and how long it has waited.
A sensor goes on any machine, from a new CNC to a 30-year-old press. It reads vibration, temperature, power and motion, so Flow OS knows when a machine runs, idles or starts to drift.
Flow OS puts both together: which order is on which machine, how long it has waited, and how that machine is running.
On-time delivery in September 2026
We never quote a number without a baseline. This company started with Flow OS in July 2026. July was agreed as a test month, so there is a starting value.
Products from these brands and retailers are managed within our systems.
You are never alone on the shopfloor. I am at your side with the knowledge of your whole factory. Ask me anything, out loud or with a tap, and I will show you what is happening, what matters and what to do next.
Where is A002?Waiting before Assembly on Line 2, for 2 h 10 min. Pull it next.
How did the night shift do?Eight percent more than last week. Line 3 had the best night.
Tell me if Line 1 drops below 90.Done. You’ll get a message the moment it happens.
What should I do next?Move one person from Line 1 to Assembly on Line 2. That clears the queue by noon.
Hello, I am Nori. With me, you are never alone on the shopfloor. I know what is happening in your factory right now, and I am always at your side. Just ask me where an order is, what matters most and what to do next. I will guide you, step by step.
Your factory already knows a great deal, but that knowledge sits in many heads. Nori brings it to your side the moment you need it, so nobody has to go looking for the one person who knows.
“How did the night shift compare to last week?” No menu, no report to set up. Ask the way you would ask a person.
Ask the way you would ask a colleague. No menus, no reports.
How did the night shift compare to last week?
Eight percent more. Line 3 had the best night.
While everything runs, Nori stays quiet. When something needs you, Nori tells you, so nothing slips past you.
Quiet while everything runs. Speaks up when you are needed.
All lines on plan
Line 2 is falling behind: 14 orders before Assembly
“Tell me if Line 1 drops below 90.” From then on Nori keeps watch for you. The rule stays visible, with the name of whoever set it.
Say “Tell me if Line 1 drops below 90” once. Nori keeps watch.

If a question is unclear, Nori asks back. If Nori does not know something, it says so.
Asks back when a question is unclear, and says so when it does not know.

RoadmapNori
No 24‑month IT project. We, or a certified Lean Partner near you, build it at your line, with your people.
One day on your shopfloor, €900. You get a Potential Map: current state, biggest flow losses, concrete ideas, expected leverage and next steps, even if it says you don’t need us.
2.5 days. Locations, floor markings, naming the process steps.
Readers, clipboards, screen. While production keeps running.
Your steps, your orders from the ERP, a first dry run.
Ten minutes per operator. The first automations, built live.
Visibility from the first shift.
We document the result against the baseline: lead time, output and hours of coordination saved.
Connect the next flow, line, hall or site. More use of the same system, not a new IT project.
People create the value, not robot cells.
Several stations, work in progress and changing priorities. Headcount is only a rough guide.
Nobody knows in real time what’s happening on the floor.
No developers, no lean team. That’s who Flow OS is built for.
Built for manufacturers across Europe, starting in Germany, not for corporations that scale it down after the fact. If you run a fully automated line or have your own development team, we’re probably not the right fit, and we’ll tell you so in the first conversation.
Start with a Potential-Discovery Day. After that, one monthly fee covers software and hardware, and it grows only when you add flows, stations or features.
One process step, one board, one screen.
Several areas, several screens, your own analytics.
Multiple plants, deep ERP integration, custom modules.
A day on your floor with us or a certified Lean Partner. You get a Potential Map: current state, biggest flow losses, concrete ideas and next steps.
€900Floor survey, storage locations, floor markings.
€3,900Hardware, board and dashboards, training, first automations.
€9,900Multiple areas, ERP integration, custom modules, multiple shifts.
€19,900Prices are examples that show the general direction. The fee grows with what you use, not with your company size. We calculate your offer individually, based on requirements, hardware and software usage, number of process steps and users. All prices are net, plus VAT. What’s included in each tier is agreed in the first conversation. You can add a board, a user or a feature later with one click. We’ll check together which funding programs apply to your project.
No. Your ERP knows the plan: what should happen. We close the gap behind it: what actually happens. We pull orders and items in from the ERP.
Not on day one. We start with the simplest hardware that captures each step reliably: scanners, RFID clipboards, a button or a terminal at the station. Machines come in where they help: a sensor goes on any machine, new or old, and reads vibration, temperature, power and motion. We’ll see what makes sense for your hall on the Potential-Discovery Day.
Ten minutes per person. Capture itself needs no training, because it’s built into the motion the operator makes anyway. Nobody has to speak, either: every view can also be tapped.
Then Nori asks back instead of guessing. If Nori doesn’t know something, it says so. Nori speaks German and English. At the shopfloor wall, the rule is: let it finish, then ask again.
That’s normal among our customers. Setup, operation and further development are handled by us and our partners. What you need is someone on the floor who thinks along.
Either. Make Work Flow builds the product, the hardware and the method. Certified Lean Partners run Potential-Discovery Days and install Flow OS with the same standard building blocks, often close to you and in your language. Support comes from us either way.
A board, maybe. But building it yourself stops at the shopfloor door: scanners, the digital clipboard, the card that carries an order through the hall, the sensor on an old press, data from years of real installations. Nobody builds that on the side.
It belongs to you. Make Work Flow is a German company, and Flow OS runs on our own technology stack. We’ll go through operation and storage location in detail in the first conversation.
An intro call takes 20 to 30 minutes and needs no preparation. Afterwards you’ll know whether your production is the right case, and we’ll tell you if it isn’t.
For make-to-order and one-off production, prototyping, tool and mould making and small batches. The order sheet goes on an RFID clipboard, and a scanner sits at every step. You see live where each order is, how long it has been waiting and what comes next.
Every order is one of a kind. Only the person who walks over or calls knows where it is.
The routing sheet is fixed by hand. The delivery date on it is often out of date.
An order sits in front of a step for days, and nobody notices until the customer asks.
Fewer days lost between steps, and delivery dates you can keep.
The order sheet goes on the RFID clipboard or into the RFID folder. Tap it on the scanner and the step is booked.
A box of five pieces gets an RFID card or a magnetic tag and moves through the hall as one batch.
Robust heavy-duty magnetic tags track the whole tool and its individual parts.
The board sorts by delivery date. Traffic lights and notifications show what is urgent.

Up to two hours a day go into looking for samples.
A sample waits at one step for days and nobody sees it.
Delivery dates are discussed from memory, not from data.
Every lost day in sampling pushes the whole collection back.
Fewer days lost between steps, so development gets shorter.
A swipe at each step shows designers, brands and suppliers where every sample is.

Three kinds of teams, one board for every sample.
Manage sample requests and approvals, work with brands and suppliers, and track sample shipments. Less time and fewer errors, so production starts sooner and customers are happier.
Whether in the production country or close to the sales market: a clear sample status and easy communication with suppliers and customers. No more chasing lost samples or arguing about delivery dates.
Manage sampling from design to production, with suppliers and internal teams in one place. A digital library of past samples makes it easy to find a reference for a new design.
Two typical moments
Comments, photos and approvals right on the sample. Brand and supplier see the same status.
The scanner at the photo box books every sample in during the shoot. Freelance photographers book with the scan app.
Find any sample in seconds, like a web search.
Requests and approvals are discussed right on the sample.
Reminders and notifications, inside and outside your company. No more late or lost shipments.
Every step and every location of a sample, saved in a time log.
Attach pictures and videos to each sample to speed up approval.

In their own words, from sampleflow.io.
Our sample tracking solution was known as sample.flow®. It now runs on Flow OS.
As a development partner for global shoe brands, we have been able to digitize and automate many internal product development processes with sample.flow®. As a result, we were able to achieve more transparency in sample production, significantly reduce downtimes and to automate and improve communication internally and externally.
Thanks to the smart scanners, every sample order in our shoe last development department is digitized automatically in real time and shared live via cloud with our brand customers. This reduces the coordination effort to a bare minimum and our team has significantly more time for what they do best making high quality last models.
With sample.flow, our jewellery design processes are now visible in real time and comprehensible for everyone involved in our teams in Bali and Hamburg. Thanks to the additional data analysis in the dashboard, we have our development processes fully under control and can continuously fasten and optimize them.
Since the implementation of sample.flow, we have increased our sample development process transparency a lot and sample progress as well as status are easily visible in real time for everyone in the shopfloor via monitors. By this, we have successfully reduced our development lead-times and increased our "on time ratio" toward our brand clients.
No long IT project. We look at your sampling process with you and set everything up in a short workshop.

Autonomous transport robots move raw material, parts and finished goods between warehouse, lines, packing and shipping. They work alongside your people.
Material, parts and finished goods are pushed and carried by hand, all day.
Every trip to the warehouse takes skilled people away from value-adding work.
Because each trip costs time, material moves in big batches, and lead times grow.
Robots sound like a big investment and a rebuilt hall.
It drives on its own, finds its way around people and obstacles, and works alongside your team.
Just-in-time delivery of raw material and tool moulds from the warehouse to the lines, up to 300 kg.
Components, parts, work in progress and finished goods move between steps on their own.
Finished goods go from the line to packing and shipping on their own, and the robot supports order picking.
The warehouse puts the parts on the robot and taps the destination. The robot parks at the delivery zone, the technician takes the parts and confirms, and the robot drives back.
In a BMW workshop, technicians work at almost 40 vehicle lifts. Every parts order used to be a walk. Today two FlowBots drive the parts from the warehouse to the lift.
