Capture
One tap books the step.
Every order travels on a digital clipboard. Hold it to the scanner at the station, and the step is booked. That is all the capture there is.
Scanners, RFID and sensors capture every step on your shop floor as it happens. Flow OS turns it into a live picture of your production flow, and Nori tells your team where to act next.Installed in one week. Effective the Monday after.
A digital clipboard, a scanner on the wall and a live board. That is all a step needs to be booked, seen and acted on.
One tap books the step.
Every order travels on a digital clipboard. Hold it to the scanner at the station, and the step is booked. That is all the capture there is.
Every scan moves a card.
Each scan moves the order into its next column, live. Open any card for the full story: product, quantity, colour, material and every step it went through.
Nori builds the rule.
Tell Nori what to watch, in plain words. Nori is our AI agent: it turns the sentence into a workflow, and from then on the board raises the alarm on its own.
Ask how to get better.
Ask Nori what to change. It answers from the history of every order on the board, not from a template.
Scan an order, or open a card. I am watching the board with you.
Demo hall with constructed data. Your numbers come from your own production.
Best results from our rollouts in manual and hybrid manufacturing. Every number starts from a baseline measured before go-live.
Most lead time is waiting between steps. Once you can see it, you can shorten it.
More output from the same people and the same machines.
Done on Friday, effective on Monday. No rollout that runs for quarters.
It explains itself. Operators book with the hand movement they already make, from the first shift.
We’ll tell you what’s possible in your hall after a first look at one line, even when the answer is “not much.”
The question every owner asks
“Why are we only at 80 pieces today?”
Answering it takes data from the shop floor. Most floors don’t produce any, so we bring the hardware that does.
Three devices catch what happens on the floor, one shows it above the line. Every tap, every button and every reading becomes data, live. Try them.
Flow PlatformEvery scan, tap and reading lands here, live.
Two sources feed Flow OS, live. People and orders are captured with one tap where the work happens. Every machine, old or new, of any make, gets a sensor that reads how it is running.
Scanners, RFID clipboards and terminals at every station. One tap books a step, so each order shows where it is and how long it has waited.
A sensor goes on any machine, from a new CNC to a 30-year-old press. It reads vibration, temperature, power and motion, so Flow OS knows when a machine runs, idles or starts to drift.
Flow OS puts both together: which order is on which machine, how long it has waited, and how that machine is running.
On-time delivery in September 2026
We never quote a number without a baseline. This company started with Flow OS in July 2026. July was agreed as a test month, so there is a starting value.

You are never alone on the shop floor. I am at your side with the knowledge of your whole factory. Ask me anything, out loud or with a tap, and I will show you what is happening, what matters and what to do next.
Where is A002?Waiting before Assembly on Line 2, for 2 h 10 min. Pull it next.
How did the night shift do?Eight percent more than last week. Line 3 had the best night.
Tell me if Line 1 drops below 90.Done. You’ll get a message the moment it happens.
What should I do next?Move one person from Line 1 to Assembly on Line 2. That clears the queue by noon.
Hello, I am Nori. With me, you are never alone on the shop floor. I know what is happening in your factory right now, and I am always at your side. Just ask me where an order is, what matters most and what to do next. I will guide you, step by step.
Your factory already knows a great deal, but that knowledge sits in many heads. Nori brings it to your side the moment you need it, so nobody has to go looking for the one person who knows.
“How did the night shift compare to last week?” No menu, no report to set up. Ask the way you would ask a person.
How did the night shift compare to last week?
Eight percent more. Line 3 had the best night.
While everything runs, Nori stays quiet. When something needs you, Nori tells you, so nothing slips past you.
All lines on plan
Line 2 is falling behind: 14 orders before Assembly
“Tell me if Line 1 drops below 90.” From then on Nori keeps watch for you. The rule stays visible, with the name of whoever set it.

RoadmapNori
No 24‑month IT project. We, or a certified Lean Partner near you, build it at your line, with your people.
One day on your floor. You get a Potential Map with your biggest flow losses and next steps, even if it says you don’t need us.
2.5 days. Locations, floor markings, naming the process steps.
Readers, clipboards, screen. While production keeps running.
Your steps, your orders from the ERP, a first dry run.
Ten minutes per operator. The first automations, built live.
Visibility from the first shift.
People create the value, not robot cells.
Big enough that the overview gets lost. Small enough for fast decisions.
Nobody knows in real time what’s happening on the floor.
No developers, no lean team. That’s who Flow OS is built for.
Built for manufacturers across Europe, starting in Germany, not for corporations that scale it down after the fact. If you run a fully automated line or have your own development team, we’re probably not the right fit, and we’ll tell you so in the first conversation.
Start with a Potential-Discovery Day. After that, one monthly fee covers software and hardware, and it grows only when you add flows, stations or features.
One process step, one board, one screen.
Several areas, several screens, your own analytics.
Multiple plants, deep ERP integration, custom modules.
A day on your floor with us or a certified Lean Partner. You get a Potential Map: current state, biggest flow losses, concrete ideas and next steps.
€900Floor survey, storage locations, floor markings.
€3,900Hardware, board and dashboards, training, first automations.
€9,900Multiple areas, ERP integration, custom modules, multiple shifts.
€19,900Prices are examples that show the general direction. We calculate your offer individually, based on requirements, hardware and software usage, number of process steps and users. All prices are net, plus VAT. What’s included in each tier is agreed in the first conversation. You can add a board, a user or a feature later with one click. We’ll check together which funding programs apply to your project.
No. Your ERP knows the plan: what should happen. We close the gap behind it: what actually happens. We pull orders and items in from the ERP.
Not on day one. We start with the simplest hardware that captures each step reliably: scanners, RFID clipboards, a button or a terminal at the station. Machines come in where they help: a sensor goes on any machine, new or old, and reads vibration, temperature, power and motion. We’ll see what makes sense for your hall on the Potential-Discovery Day.
Ten minutes per person. Capture itself needs no training, because it’s built into the motion the operator makes anyway. Nobody has to speak, either: every view can also be tapped.
Then Nori asks back instead of guessing. If Nori doesn’t know something, it says so. Nori speaks German and English. At the shop floor wall, the rule is: let it finish, then ask again.
That’s normal among our customers. Setup, operation and further development are handled by us and our partners. What you need is someone on the floor who thinks along.
Either. Make Work Flow builds the product, the hardware and the method. Certified Lean Partners run Potential-Discovery Days and install Flow OS with the same standard building blocks, often close to you and in your language. Support comes from us either way.
A board, maybe. But building it yourself stops at the shop floor door: scanners, the digital clipboard, the card that carries an order through the hall, the sensor on an old press, data from years of real installations. Nobody builds that on the side.
It belongs to you. Make Work Flow is a German company, and Flow OS runs on our own technology stack. We’ll go through operation and storage location in detail in the first conversation.
An intro call takes 20 to 30 minutes and needs no preparation. Afterwards you’ll know whether your production is the right case, and we’ll tell you if it isn’t.
